Middlemist Ring setting

The Middlemist is a big round flower for your hand. Also known as the Camellia we thought it was the perfect description for this lovely ring with a 3.00 carat,  with 2, 1 carat, natural diamond leaves. This ring would look great with a sapphire or ruby too!
