HE-Brooch solid high karat gold filigree and turquoise

Stunning high karat gold filigree pin with 38, 3mm round turquoise cabochons bezel set in a flower motif on top of the leaf.  The pin appears to be hand wrought and the box is original.  Purchased by my client's family in the Middle East in the 1960's.  Excellent condition no known damage, pin works perfectly.
