Victorian lapel pin in 14KY gold sapphire and cultured pearl

The sapphire in this lapel pin is a very nice 6mmx4mm oval. I tested it personally and was delighted to see the natural inclusion at around 2:00 as you face the pin. The delicate scroll is petite, and the 1.5mm round cultured pearl the perfect punctuation to such a treasured heirloom. This pin could also be used in a hat, which is very trendy right now!  Sapphire is the birthstone for September and Pearl is for June.
