Princess Cut Diamond and Emerald ring in Platinum

Designed for a friend, I selected all the materials for this incredible masterpiece of design and craftsmanship. I knew she was very active, but did not want bezel settings, so I designed a double claw system to hold all the stones securely. The top diamond is 3.02 Princess cut, and is flanked by extremely rare untreated Russian emeralds, that are a matched set of emerald cuts. It was a miracle that I could find all of these materials. Securely set in platinum, stay tuned for what I built as a matching wedding band. The secret underneath the gallery, are two bezel set gems, an aqua and a sapphire, and in some incrediblly fortuitous manner, every person in her life is represented with their birthstone, in one ring.
